Pepe is a 7 year old Criollo Dun gelding, Dorsal stripe,leg stripes and black ear points (Imported) broken to ride, but also being taken back to basics to get some more handling and solid ground work,
Very Athletic, started stock work now, and i like him a lot, he needs a bit of refinment now and will be ridden up until lambing and thereafter.
Waiting in the yard unti we finish sorting the ewes. Driving the ewes back to the fields. The dogs stay back a bit to let Pepe drive the ewes in the field and see how he is turning and handling the job in hand. Turning for home and a chance take in todays first lesson on the stock, and to get to know some of the fields and new sights and sounds and also working with the bike and dogs together.
