Betty is a Registered Kune Kune Pig,(pronounced Cooney Cooney!)
I love pigs and just wanted to show how clever they really are, and also to get the horses used to them,
I started with the lead training, the first day of wearing a harness was interesting, and she screamed blue murder when i tried to put it on, which had the horses running to the other side of the field, but after a few days she settled to walking and enjyed her walks with the dogs,
I also wanted to give her the chance once she was into a bit of obedience to come with the dogs and work the sheep, which was hilarious,

A Dogs life is far more fun than a pigs!



She is great fun to work with and far more of an opportunist than a dog to work with too,
but she always makes me smile after a brisk walk with the dogs,
She likes nothing more than to sit for a treat and with imploring eyes like that , how can you resist!
She still has a ot of growing to do, and she is coming along really well with her training, there will be more of her in the spring.
