We live virtually on top of a hillside, a family run farm consisting of 350 acres,and an aditional 70cres of rented land,
Approx 120 head of commercial store cattle, and we have now cut down to 900 head of large commercial suffolk and texel crossbreds,
Our extended family are the stock horses ( American Quarter Horses,some Criollos, too) and the working dogs,(Border Collies) which both horses and dogs are trained here on the farm for stockwork.

We have used horses for many years to check and gather the stock, but have used them for more work with the quad in recent years, which works very well.
Our aim with the dogs and horses alike are to breed and train animals that are as well bred as possible,with a brilliant temprement,and the ability to work under pressure, they have to be versatile and well intergrated into the family, so that any member of the family could handle them, and also good conformation, and to top it off, some pretty colours.
